I'm glad the firefighter finally follow...Awww. I'm glad the firefighter finally followed the owner's instruction and swatted her on the nose. I've seen video of horses who've given up during rescues and it's so hard to watch. I wasn't around the farm then but I've seen the film on various sites/TV things. One distincitve thing was after awhile the mare was starting to give up. The owner was telling the fire fighters to give her a swat on the end of her nose, that'll wake her up.
